William Stark

William founded ResDev Tax Consultants Inc. and provides the overall direction of the Company as it extends its position to becoming the pre-eminent SR&ED tax consultant in Canada. In addition, William provides the tax expertise to complete the required tax schedules for each SR&ED submission.

Prior to starting ResDev, William worked with CRA for a period of ten years. During that time he was responsible for the execution of in excess of two hundred (200) tax audits of SR&ED claims, including the determination of eligible expenses and the related Investment Tax Credit (ITC).

William has extensive audit training in of the SR&ED claims including the completion of the CRA SR&ED in-depth training course.
