Dr. Jackson Lai received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo. He has 15 years of experience in product development for bio-medical devices, life sciences equipment, and consumer electronics. He specializes in analog circuit, semi-conductor processes, optics, software/firmware algorithm, metrology, and technology mass production transfer. He played key roles in design and production process to cumulatively shipped over 20 million units.
Dr. Lai was instrumental in authoring over 20 journal papers, owned over 15 patents, and still actively participating in both industry and academia. He was the primary point of contact in research and development work in his previous positions. Leveraging his work experience, he joined ResDev and currently held the position of VP of Consulting.
